The practice has been involved in several projects at
Canning Town including replacement of the school
and nursery unit and the construction of a new
vicarage on an adjoining plot.
The classrooms are grouped around a new hall which
is used by the school during the day and as a church
centre at weekends. The hall incorporates stained
glass donated by the Royal Marines.
Demolition of the old school premises released land
for playing fields and a plot surplus to school
requirements which accommodated a small residential development.
A new nursery unit was added following completion of the main school and the entire development was consecrated in 2000 by the
Archbishop of Canterbury.
